  • Job Creation – Different jobs such as Services, Repairs and Breakdowns can be created in inspHire Workshop. Estimates can also be created with an audit trail around the estimate acceptance.
  • Parts Allocation – Parts and labour can be added to a workshop job and can be allocated out of your parts stock. Each part that is allocated to an asset will push a cost of maintenance to the asset. These parts or labour can then be recharged to the customer using standard invoice routines.
  • Printing Documentation – Documents ranging from Job Estimates, Job Sheets, Returns Notice, Completion Notes, and Workshop Invoices can be printed at the click of a button and can be designed to suit your needs and display your company information and logo.
  • Invoicing – All jobs that need to be recharged to a customer can be easily invoiced using the inspHire Workshop Invoice Run. You can choose to check these invoices with a preview before the full invoice is raised. When you are happy, the invoice will then be pushed into your chosen account package. All costs associated with a workshop job will flow through to your assets and this will give you invaluable information for reports such as Return on Investment (ROI).
